Root chakra

2 July, 2022

In this article we will discover the symptoms associated with the root chakra and how to achieve its balance to free us from the diseases linked to its malfunction.

The chakras are centers that regulate the flow of our vital energy, directly influencing the health of organs and tissues. Our body, manifesting itself as small vortices of energy that feed all the functions of our body, generating thoughts, emotions and attitudes themselves.

When their movements are harmonious and balanced, they maintain the essential flow of energy and preserve our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

In Centro Cauce we offer tools to balance the chakras such as (the quantum card, bioenergetic and cellular nutrition, aromatherapy …).

Root chakra and diseases

It is located at the base of the spine and is linked to the adrenal glands, which produce adrenaline, the hormone essential for our survival.

When this chakra is balanced, we feel safe in ourselves, but a blockage produces: lack of vital energy, problems in the anus, colon, coccyx, adrenal glands, bones and joints, hips, lumbar 4 and 5, reproductive organs, pelvic and anal plexus, prostate, rectum, kidneys, under sacrum, urinary secretion, evacuation, uterus, venous return, marrow, metabolism of water and body fluids …

It is also associated with the ancestral energy that is based in the kidneys (root of life), with feelings of anguish and fear, are responsible among other things for birth, growth, fertility, development, strengthening of bones and teeth, thickening of hair and metabolism of water and body fluids. Kidney energy nourishes, hydrates, warms and helps all organs and tissues of the body.

The kidneys are more particularly linked to certain organs: bladder, urinary tract, genital system, lumbar area, marrow, knees, bones, teeth, ears and hair.

Problems affecting these organs always suggest an imbalance of energy in the kidneys.
