There are many communities who believe in sweets (i.e., in the Persons that promise us a lot, but, we do not receive what they promise us and that unbalances our lives). They do a lot of damage to themselves and to the people who trusts them.
Either because they promote a fraudulent financial system and cause other Persons to lose a lot of money.
Or because they do not behave with integrity, they act selfishly, hurting the Persons who trust them, for monetary gain.
Previously, power was in the hands of big business. They offered a poor-quality product; I could not do much because it was very limited by what was in the Region or the Country.
I had to adapt to the places where it was.
To date, companies compete on a global scale and the user has more power than ever.
With a few clicks, we want to let all our friends and acquaintances know our opinion about such a product or company. Bad companies are reported and blocked very quickly.
The world becomes more and more transparent, forcing companies to be more and more competent and better, or even excellent.
Now the economy is based on trust, where reputation is paramount.

Many people think that for their message to have an impact, they must speak enthusiastically, exalt themselves, and speak up faster than they normally do.
The more the forces of our personality explode, the more it communicates with others.
This allows us to receive messages that congratulate us for the information that we have communicated and especially for the way in which it is transmitted by masters.
People does not want to buy from a seller or receive the service of a contractor who talks a lot, quickly and in a confusing way. They want to receive from someone they trust.
Make sure we try to give others more value than the price they spend.
It is especially important that you feel that you are giving more than you are receiving back, which helps the relationship in the long run.

Always keep our promises. And if we do not oppose to comply with them, we do not commit ourselves. If we say something we, do it.
It is the best reputation we can create for ourselves. When a Person has doubts between choosing one option or another, he will always choose the one that respects what he promises.
We are imperfect by nature, but perfectible. Be honest and admitting our mistakes makes them to forget more easily and people will respect us.
Lies have short legs. Silence makes us liars.
Many Persons uses negative words to attack competing companies and to take advantage of them.
Speaking badly transforms us into a loser.
If our product or opportunity cannot naturally stand out to others, you should look for others.
Be a person that manifests happiness. Learn to appreciate more what we have.
And it is the best way to attract more and more. If you do not do it, the People we meet on our way will go with another Person who does.

Every day, we become more and more aware of the importance of knowing how to listen carefully.
We live in a world where everyone wants to express their opinion and be heard, that´s why most lacking are the ears that pay attention.
Our attention must be sincere and without prejudice, it is the best gift we can give to a person.
“I don’t look for ways to make money. Look for problems that we can solve“.
“Helping the people to get what they need; this helps to get what we will do“.
Let us not make the mistake of focusing more on our growth than on the team´s growth.
Accept the process that everyone goes through. Give water to the Person only when it is thirsty.
The Person who acts selfishly loses credibility and influence.
Too many companies are losing potential due to financial discussions.
The best way to win in any argument is to avoid it. Always give the other Person the benefit of the doubt and give her the money in question.
The quickest way to lose our reputation is by upsetting People, usually through financial disputes.
We cannot improve and grow every day being alone. We must have references, People to which we admire, and which are examples, models for us.
Both the Mentors and the experts have the noblest mission in the world. Let them know how they have had a positive impact on our lives.
