Habitat : It is native to humid and sandy soils of southern Europe (Portugal, Spain, France), although the medicinal species comes exclusively from cultivation, so it grows in a large part of the temperate zones of the globe as a medicinal species.
Perennial herbaceous plant, up to 30 cm. High. Stems have numerous branches and leaves, covered with small hairs. Leaves are doubly pinnatisect, pale green sessile.
Flower is very similar to the common daisy. There are two varieties depending on the flower, one is single and the other double; the latter is the best quality. Its taste is pleasant, aromatic and bitter; and its smell is strong and very peculiar.

How:
